Because practically everyone in the SEC wants you to leave.

I need a bulleted list of reasons Mizzou would leave the SEC for the Big 10.

Because no matter how long you are in the SEC. The old guard longtime members will never accept you.

And zero fricks will be given by Mizzou fans, Mike Slive, and the presidents and chancellors of the other SEC schools.

The Big 10 is way more cool with the whole inter-racial gay butt sex thing Missouri has going on.

1. Fairly similar financial packages
2. The opportunity to join the Big Ten Academic Consortium
3. Much better geographical ties to the Big Ten West than SEC East, sharing a large border with Illinois, Iowa, and Nebraska
4. A much better basketball conference
5. A much better opportunity to compete in the Big Ten West than in the SEC East (Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Northwestern, Illinois, Purdue).
6. A much better opportunity to win a conference or national title.
7. A better fit both culturally and in terms of facilities. Faurot Field is a joke in the SEC, but a quality stadium in the Big Ten.
8. Better rivalry games than just Arkansas (Nebraska, Iowa, and Illinois)
It's honestly a no-brainer to go to the Big Ten if offered.

whut?
SEC M & W basketball much better.
UK > IU
UF > MSU
UAF > OSU
as for women, they dominate the B1G in basketball, not even close.

Why would you want to get the stink of Kansas back?
Academics a factor? SEC institutions are making great strides. The future is bright for SECU.
