I'm not saying we should be ranked that high you dumb fricks!!!! I'm saying we are, because of how we are playing. Jesus Christ

LSU is playing well but the OL and QB play aren't on a level with the rest of the team. They've got the defense to play with anyone which they've shown in their close losses.

You know when you're hanging out having a few beers with your friends, and there's that one dude who just took 4 tequila shots on his own and gets drunk within 15 minutes, starts to get really fricking loud and obnoxious, while all of you are just about to finish your first beer?

You're that dude right now.

Correct... That needs work BUT bama is about the ONLY team in the country that could make it look as bad as it did AND we Etling was just nervous, and it showed.

I didn't mean just the place, I meant the place along with the proper context. The stakes will be much higher there. Everything really gets put on the line there in the playoffs. I think for that reason the playoffs will most-likely be more of a nerve-wracking experience than Tiger Stadium, or at least matching it. But I get where you're coming from. It can be looked at from any direction. We won't know for sure until the playoffs happen.

I think he'll be fine honestly. He didn't get shaken after the turnovers yesterday and did what he had to do. I think he'll be pretty battle tested if we make the playoffs.

In order to beat bama you have to have a great OL, a great passing QB, and the threat to run. Along with a dominate D, we had that D and a run game but had zero pass game for what ever reason we didn't go back to the deep ball after it worked? I will never understand why we didn't roll DE out more of hit LF in the flats more?

They were very careful to not turn the ball over. Bama punishes teams that turn it over. Etling would drop back and get harassed at best, at worst would fumble a touchdown to Bama or throw a pick six.
To the op whichever one that was. As far as LSU being ranked in the top 5 with Bama because of their defense, well the whole 3 loss thing keeps them out of the top 5. If LSU wishes to be in the top 5. I would recommend winning more games to achieve this. I would also recommend hiring a real coach and try recruiting better. That will probably be more effective than making up ref conspiracies because you have hard time accepting that Bama is simply better.

Etling took a beating. I don't think nerves were his issue. Kudos to the kid for hanging in there. He was hit hard and often. He just had no time.

Just because 99% of you take what I say out of context doesn't make you seem very popular. I don't give a shite about poularity. I'm not a college punk. Oh look I'm popular with the SEC rant.. Bunch of losers

You're not going to get more than 3 seconds and he had around that on most plays. Some he didn't but he straight up missed on a lot of throws.

We definitely need to beef up our front seven and we are working on that but most of all we need actual OT not OG playing OT and we also need to just man up. We had cut back lanes on bama, idk why LF didn't use them but I saw many of times bama commit to the play side where he could have cut back. The play calling wasn't the best either. We needed more quick back shoulder passes and we didn't do it. Idk if Guice wouldn't of been the better option with his cutting ability.

I don't ever post about Fournette because people go into a flame war. Last night I felt like he did miss some spots and was the first time I questioned his vision a bit. That being said most plays he had no room so it's still hard to tell.

Imagine a hostile playoff game vs. a tougher team than LSU who has a more versatile offense. Can Jalen Hurts be able to respond well to that pressure?

Sure. The pressure didn't get to him Saturday night. Also, he's not going to have another game where more than 55% of the stadium is against him.

If the fieldgoal isn't blocked and we run one back on ST, one big pass, one big run, we would have been equal to bama's offensive numbers. Y'all are delusional if you think we didn't hang with bama the entire game.

That's a mighty big if
