Solid post, but I still say that play where he hit Murray's knee was unavoidable since he had momentum and was falling down. I don't think it was intentionally , at least I hope not. The other plays were pretty dirty though.

I saw it as soon as it happened, if you watch close his momentum is stopped and he makes a lunge at the end to get at him completely after the play is finished.

appeared momentum carried him in that direction.
Late hit to the back royally pissed me off. No room for that. Led to 3 points & a 1st down when UGA was forced to punt. Injuries are part of the game but hate cheap shots

I'm LSU first, SEC second, but it's going to be REAL hard to even remotely accept the fact that I'm supposed to pull for Auburn, if they should make it to the BCSNCG.

I still have many dear friends who are Auburn fans, but I'm done with Auburn. Through. I pretty much back the East teams, except Florida, but now I'm down to Miss State and Arkansas in the west, other than LSU. Dominoes falling.

If you're talking about the penalty that was toward the middle of the game, I actually had no issues with it. It wasn't a shot that was going to take a kid out permanently like a shot to the knee cap. He kind of love tapped him from behind to let him know he was still around, not a huge issue in my book, especially with giving them 15 yards on it.

Murry's neck snapping back causing his head to slap his arse said it was more then a "love tap".

So you would be completely cool with the same being delivered to $200k boy, late? And 15 yards is fine. No suspension, no retaliation by your guys. Completely fine with somebody bending big boy's spine, snapping his head back, blind and late. After he delivers the ball? Completely fine with it?

If you establish a pattern of cheap shots and late hit, people are more likely to think the worst.

And how the hell did he not get flagged for the "belt" taunt? He did it like 4 times! Isn't that unsportsmanlike conduct under the rules?

That shot wasn't that hard and it wasn't that bad. It was late and he was penalized for it. I would have been pissed about it but that shite happens in football. He didn't drop a helmet or shoulder into him that I remember, seemed like he hit him with his arms which is a love tap in football.

He drove the crown of his helmet into the small of Murray's back, he would be suspended in the NFL for that hit...

but I still think by far the most egregious display from him (in a day of late hits and cheap shots) was the spear in the back. Absolutely disgraceful, way late and he didn't even try to hide what he was doing, just lowered his head and went for it.

I must have missed it when all this happened but if players are taking cheap shots they need to be forced to sit out.

Fined and suspended. If it continued, he's ultimately face removal.
