No, not always necessarily (at least for me). Depends on the matchup and the team.

Ex: I rooted against UGA in the Outback bowl (my username should explain why)

Honestly, the only big12 members I truly hated were texas, texas tech, and baylor. For the others, there was an overwhelming sense of indifference.

Never rooted for anyone OOC, though--there was definitely no big12 community pride or any sense that what was good for once conference member was good for the conference as a whole. I understand that it's not that way between every SEC member, but that sense of community against outsiders is there nonetheless.

I mostly agree with this. Kansas was our Texas, except even more hated (I would argue at least). Most everyone else I viewed with indifference as well.
