The 20 coaches that are better than Les Miles, please.

I'm not listing 20 coaches, google "Top 20 coaches in college football". Give or take a few, that's my list.

1st list has Miles #4. That's a lot of giving and taking.

Mettenburger, Sonic Sam, Ware, Shepard, Loston, Minter, Jalen Mills, Copeland, Wing, Hurst, Boone.

All of these players have started, all of these players are from out of the state of Louisiana. Please tell me again how easy it is to recruit at LSU.

Anyone could recruit at LSU, it's one of the top recruiting states and LSU has no competition in the state for those high end recruits. In state vs out of state should almost always go to the in state school, just like DGB vs Ark, top end recruit chose to stay home. That's how it goes generally. Miles has it easy as frick at LSU, should never leave, it gets no easier elsewhere to recruit.

If anyone can do it, why couldn't anyone do it in most of the 90's as a good percentage of blue chips left the state?

Oh and I bet you said the same thing about Miami in 2001. Look how that turned out 10 years later for them.

Who says they didn't?

Can you link me to recruiting class rankings/star rankings for LSU's classes in the 1990's?

Like you said earlier, google is your friend dumbass. But just cause I am nice, here is a couple names off the top of my head that we lost. Ed Reed, mannings, Marshall Faulk, warrick Dunn, Travis Minor.

Oh and here is a link showing it wasn't until 1996 that we started pulling top 10 recruiting class, (coincidentally Dinardo's
First full class), that we started keeping our best in the state.

I agree with this. I like Les Miles and I think he's a very good, top-tier coach. After the Bama/LSU game when so many LSU fans were questioning Les Miles, I reminded them that fans in Fayetteville, Auburn, Lexington and Knoxville would love to trade with them.

Reminds me of an old song lyric . . "you don't know what you got til it's gone."

3 championships out of 4 years beats 6 11 win seasons. I think we can win another title next year with what we have coming back, im just not sure we need to be paying 5 million for 2 losses

Who gives a shite what you asked for, they had publications that judged recruiting classes in the 1990's just like today. The fact that they weren't posted on the interwebs has nothing to do with it.
