way back in my road trip, in 2001, the fans were very friendly. No idiots/bs.

I think bama and lsu are very similar schools and teams so it is hard for me to bad mouth bama. If I were from that state I would have gone there. They are much cooler than auburn. I like their uniforms and how I get that nostalgic feeling when I see them playing lsu. There fraternity houses are the BEST. I had a pretty good time in Tuscaloosa both times I went. I think alabama epitomizes the tradition which is college football. However they are still rednecks with no lives outside talladega and college football

i cannot believe how much improved j. lee is since last year. props to qb coach/oc.
i love les miles. really good coach who seems to be coming into his own this year. he is funny and self-deprecating and probably a lot of fun to play for.
when i don't read message boards, lsu is my second favorite team.

I worked UCA cheer leading camps at Bama in 2002 for 2 weeks. I had a blast. I love Tuscaloosa and the people there. I think Bama has a beautiful campus. I pull for Bama unless they are playing LSU.

just realize there's a shitton more lsu fans on here than any other, so there will be more retards just because of the amount of fans we have posting here...either way, I think it's been noticed how dominate LSU and Bama are this year. It's going to be a sick game.

No, not even close. Most Bama fans are like most LSU fans - rabid, passionate, knowledgeable and a little crazy. (ok, maybe LSU fans are a leeeeeetle crazier :)

Bam a being good again is good for college football. Loads of tradition, passionate fans and one of the most recognized programs in college football.
