lsu: t-bob. too much hype, imo
Not this year. Coming out of high school? Yes. he was a 4 star but graded that high because of his good technique... he was just too damn small to compete against more powerful DL IMO
He was often outclassed in 2009 IMO but made major strides in 2010... it remains to be seen IMO if he can further improve to become a better than average SEC OG/C tho (at this point IMO people grade him as just bad and he's not that)
This year I could see people arguing Mett or Mathieu from LSU. I think T-Rex is a great playmaker and a nickle... but not a shut down corner because he's just too small to match up on big WRs
Mett may not even win the starting job and big things are being hoped for from him

What did I do? Blake is receiving a lot of hype right now because of his 8TD's last year. I think the QB position at AU and overall passing game is going to drop off big time and doubt that Blake will be able to duplicate that.
As for Bama's team, the only player I can think of that is receiving a lot of hype going into next year are Richardson, Upshaw, and Jesse Williams. I could see the last 2 being somewhat disappointing. Everything is shaping up for Trent to have a monster year though.

???
Without Cam, I expect the passing attempts to increase a ton.
Auburn was 11th in passing attempts @ 296 & 1st @ rushing attempts at 652.
That is a 69/31 percent split. That should move back to a more balanced attack like in 2009 (60/40). That split would have had us at 83 more passing attempts in 2010 (SEC avg was 7.2 yds/attempt... so a 600 passing yd increase).
Short version, I think you're wrong. Especially since Blake really didn't come on until the 2nd half of the season.

Michael Carr, MSU WR that they've been hyping up all spring with his amazing 7 receptions last year.

if mathieu is used in the same way he was used this past season, he'll be just as good, probably better
not many expect him to be a starting CB
not many expect him to be a starting CB
