How can something that hasn't happened be a fact? You got a crystal ball Ms. Cleo?
How can it be said that FSU will have a higher rated defense than LSU or Auburn at the end of the year?

See, now you've now gone full gump. Never let a 1st game make you go full gump.

Barney Fife could have done about as well as Hurts. I don't know what Hurts knows on Saban but it must be really bad. Hurts is worst QB at Bama since Saban has been HC

he'll far surpass what he did against FSU.
It would be hard not to.

he had better numbers against both as a Freshman, so.....
Oh, so last year counts now? OK, How did Lamar Jackson do against FSU and LSU last year?

It's a guess. I'm not saying "fact" a la you.

Florida State has an incredible defense this year and last year has no bearing on that.
Last year doesn't count but one lost game means they have an unbelievable defense all of a sudden?

55% and 96 yards = QB of the week
Why don't they just say quarterback on team that beat the highest rank team week 1. And Bama of course.

Statistics are irrelevant in their grading system. Pretty much all of their analysis is behind the paywall now but they grade on a play-by-play basis.
80+ does seem a bit high (as that is very good on their scale) but they're generally pretty consistent and it's certainly possible to have a good game and not have the stats reflect that.

Florida State has an incredible defense this year and last year has no bearing on that. See, Auburn 2015 vs Auburn 2016.
I'm taking Aranda and LSU all day, every day.
