The NFL draft guys who watch the tape say his blocking needs a lot of work.

How did I miss this?

Who said this? Link? Every draft guy Ive seen talk about HH has said he has it all. He is one of the few who played with his hand in the grass. He played in a run first offense and blocked very well.

"He's the most complete tight end to come out in years."

From NFL.com

quote:

STRENGTHS Flat-running stud as a run blocker and a big part of Arkansas' running game success. Strikes into the frame of defenders with inside hands and blocks with a wide, strong base. Able to turn outside linebackers and cornerbacks out of their run fits and sustains his blocks as long as he can.

quote:

BOTTOM LINE By far, the premier tight end in the 2016 draft. Henry is a big body with the athleticism to get open, the hands to finish catches in traffic and the blocking ability to help give a running game the additional kick it might be missing on the edge. Henry should come in and become a very good NFL starter.

Everyone in my Dynasty league may go after Laquon, Henry, etc.

Decision has been made...I'm eyeing Hunter in the late first.

I added from nfl.com to my previous post instead of making another post.

Henry is going to be a good one. Anyone who doesn't have him first on their TE board(McShay) is ignorant. There are lots of folks who think Hunter is the best TE to come out in a long time.

Let me help you out, Doctson will be the best WR in the draft and may be around in round 2.

He's a good second level blocker

But he's weak at the point of attack, not very physical and generally gets tossed around on the los. His run blocking needs work he'd make a good pick for the pats ad they don't run but he will get torn I half on the los

I think the Pats pass, they just signed the black unicorn from Chicago. And have Gronk.

As a Marty B fan, I am excited to see what he can do with Brady. He's not Aaron Hernandez, but he's the closest thing they've had since that 2 head monster at TE.

He is an all around great TE. Elite hands but not elite in other areas. He's an above average athlete, but not elite like Gronk. Above average blocker and route runner but also not elite. Average strength.

However, you have to remember, he was a true Junior this year. Most TEs are redshirt seniors. He has lots of room to grow.
