Huge potential game-changer that is not getting any pub (LSU/Bama)

LSU is ranked #1 in the nation in turnovers given up. Alabama is ranked 12th in the SEC and near 100th overall in the nation.
Of course, history does not necessarily always predict the future accurately, but that's a pretty good stat if you are an LSU fan looking for a deciding factor.
This has to be of concern to Bama fans, at least the ones who are rational and think that someone else can actually beat them, other than their-selves.

No, no one has ever, EVER, thought that turnovers could affect the outcome of an upcoming game.
Thanks for bringing that to light.

Let me translate:
LSU doesn't turn the ball over
Alabama does

Interesting stat. Think it says more about the playcalling, fortune, and maturity of the two teams rather than actual talent level.

And LSU is ranked 91st in creating turnovers. Alabama might be bad taking care of the football but LSU is just as bad as forcing turnovers.

On the flip side, they cause a ton and LSU doesn't.

and to shed light on this a lot of our TO's were in the first three games and have been cut down so as not to affect "their selves" future TO's

Yep
We haven't been forcing many this season

Well, seeing as how LSU's special teams are warmed over monkey puke, I'd say it's a wash. We get points from Bama miscues then turn around and give them right back on long returns.

I was going to tell you to flip those but I thought you might have been making fun of the derpy way OP stated it.

Its a point but this game will come down to which defense can stop the others offense better. If Alabama isnt fast enough to stop F. from gashing thru or if LSU isnt strong enough to stop DH.

is that a real stat. They only have 2 take aways?

We have 9. We've only turned it over 2 times (muffed punt and Harris fumble).
