It's only strong if it benefits Bama. Pretty much only in football though. I pull for all SEC schools in other sports most or the time.

I actively root against the sec unless a win benefits UT. In OOCs, west division games, and east games not involving UT, I wish both teams could lose.

Honestly? SEC homer. Cheered for the Barn last year in January. Cheered for Bama in 2012. And it's not just major games. I love the SEC. I love being #1 and throwing it in people's faces. I will say it's hard sometimes because I want my own team to win, but if it's not my own.. SEC SEC SEC

I've always been some what of an SEC homer, but have been changing my views a tad now that we are actually in the race for some real recruits against other programs. In the past, that was a non-event. I'd say I still lean toward cheering for the SEC in OCC against the other majors just to shut the pundits up though.
The only teams in the country I actively hate no matter who they play:
Mississippi State: I love their delusional fanbase getting crushed every year.
Aggie: They've emerged as the most obnoxious and queer fanbase in the entire country. I love basking in their misery.
I still cheer for them in bowl games though.
OOC:
Notre Dame: No explanation necessary, frick those guys.

2010 made me hate all you bastards. I'll pull for some teams in OOC games, but if they lose I'm not worried about the affect on Auburn.

I always root for SEC teams with two exceptions:
1. Bama---we are always fighting them for recruits in LA so I want them to lose because a strong bama hurts LSU.
2. A&m---just recently considering them a recruiting threat so now I root against them for the same reason as bama...

I'm all in on the whole SEC thing so far... being just our third year in the conference, I haven't had enough time to build a true hatred of any other program though just yet...
