My allegiance to the rest of the SEC pretty much got flushed down the toilet when so many other conference fans openly rooted for Auburn to go on probation in the Cam case. My attitude now is frick the rest of the SEC outside of Auburn

I'm not going to lie, I was pulling for you guys to get busted. I was holding out hope that your wins would be vacated in-season and LSU would be back in the mix

After that wasn't a possibility I didn't care

Douchebag SECr fan bases aside, I like to see SEC teams win to rustle CFB jimmies and maintain world dominance.

Fear through intimidation and reputation will carry the league into the four-team playoff in a down year.

At least you are honest.

I am always amused by any scandalous situation involving other SEC teams.

When the Bama coach "loaned" the player "cash", I chuckled. After NCAA did nothing, I now assume that they only care about the money generated by high profile teams and players.

I don't necessarily "root" for the SEC (oftentimes root against sec teams depending on the situation), bet when we dominate the bowl lineup or a big OOC slate I'm certainly the first person to brag about our conference. It's a win-win sometimes...if A&M Loses to duke for example, woulda been pretty funny to me. But they won, so I get to add them in with the rest of us and be proud of our conference.

Rooted for Georgia and Bama against Clemson/WVA (because Clemson needs to go back to B-list and WVA win would have been awful for us all as a conference give how bad they were last year)

Rooted for ole miss and tenn over Boise/UtahSt because I had money on both. I'll admit had I not had money on OM I woulda been going for Boise.

Definitely pulling for the Vols against OU today. Long term Tenn needs to get back to big6...short term bob stoops is a loud mouth prick and I'd like to see them lose to a middle-pack SEC team.

Always pull against Bama. . Pull for Eastern teams vs western teams in conference. Other games are on a case by case basis but usually pull for SEC.

Pulling for UT (do not think they win) even pulling for Arkie today.

I do root for the rest of the SEC strongly in OOC games and Bowl games. I do have a couple of teams I am really fond of all year though. I absolutely love Les Miles so I watch LSU when I can and Mizzou is growing on me as well.

Let me describe this scenerio:

You are floating in the ocean with no life jacket. Your acquaintances are floating with you. One acquaintance who is drowning with you, call him Raider Rash, spends the time throwing flotsam and jetsam, at you while calling you vile names. One we will call tsip, constantly is reminding everyone that he is very very rich and privileged and should be allowed to be the last one to drown. Another in the group, cubby bear, keeps cursing everyone and clings to you and will not let go. There is also a cute little tiger cub splashing in the water. Occasionally he gets in the way and messes you up but hey, he is a cute little thing and can't harm you. There are others but I can't remember their names because they are so irrelevant.

Over the horizon you spot a speeding ship called the USS SECSECSEC, with Admiral Slive at the controls.

The good admiral speaks to his crew, 12 fine people, and they toss a rope to me. I manage to elude the grip of cubby bear, grab the cute little tiger cub and am hoisted aboard.

The rest of the group continues to float into oblivion. I think they are still floating looking for the USS CUSA.

The cute little tiger cub and I am saved by the USS SECSECSEC.

And you ask if I have an allegiance to the crew?

You better believe it.

Except when they go up against me.

I hate Tennessee more than anything, so I'm really torn on todays game with OK. I do not want to Tennessee win, but I don't want to see the SEC lose to the Big12 - like Alabama allowed last January.

After 2011 the sec pride is over for most lsu fans. We beat bama at bama and the prize for beating bama at bama was to go to Georgia and beat a top 10 Georgia team for the right to play bama again. I dont care about ooc games or bowl games. Other sec teams having a good bowl game does absolutely nothing for me as an lsu fan. SOS never comes into play. Sec already gets the benefit of the doubt.

Strong enough to pull for the Tennessee Viles today. Not strong enough to pull for auburn. If they ever play ISIS, I'll do the wave with Harvey and a bunch of face-covered Middle Eastern women.

What if an Auburn win over ISIS puts bama in the sec title game

Conference pride is stupid. I want what's best for Georgia. The only SEC teams I find myself cheering for with any consistency are Vanderbilt (because of family) and LSU (because I think a strong UGA and strong LSU are generally mutually beneficial to each other). The rest of you can't seem to keep to yourselves in recruiting, so y'all can go frick yourselves.
