I bet ya'll would in a heart beat along with the rest of the teams in the country not named Alabama and if Saban left, the Gumps would take him in a heart beat!

You act like there is zero possibility that you hire the wrong guy. AKA getting Franned. Les will never go down as one of the greatest game day coaches ever, but he's elite.

Have you seen the way Les manages games? How could we do any worse?!?!

Listen, I'm on the same page with y'all on this one. Les is a moron, right? How can we do worse?

LES MILES is a GREAT college coach.

I said "College"
I point that out because $abun really is a NFL coach who took the money and was afraid of the NFL. Competition and lack of player control scared him. (Who could blame him that with the money was just too much)

Les is what college should be about

And the Gumps would take him in a heartbeat. They are very unoriginal

See DWag.. the idiots in LSU's fan base don't realize this. They think that any monkey can just lock down the state for the most part, every year.

Miles is a top 5 recruiter. Locks down instate talent, and grabs up ELITE out of state recruits.

Want to know what you get when you have mediocre recruits with elite coaching? Arkansas the past 5 years.

And want to know what you get when you have elite recruits with mediocre coaching?? USC and Texas the past 3 years.

Les Miles is nowhere near a mediocre coach (talking game planning and gameday coaching here since it's clear he's an elite recruiter). People who think so never liked the hire, and are stuck in the UT 05 game, OM 09, UT 10, Rematch.

4 games in 8 years that certain people will never be able to see past. It's comical really.

Les is at the top tier of coaching in all phases, and anyone who can't see that is truly beyond arguing with.

How about Alabama 2012? We were clearly the better team and we LOST because Les made about 4 totally indefensible decisions.

That should be really frightening for the rest of you because the day we get a real coach in here we're going to

Or you could simply revert back to the LSU of the 90's......
