Remember when Murray and Allen transferred and virtually everyone on this board thought Sumlin was done? Remember when LSU was top 5 with a flashy new DC and the Heisman favorite? Remember when UT got lucky to beat Ap State and everyone thought their season was going to be a train wreck? Remember when Gus could do no wrong?

I love college football. So many unknowns.

Be careful. DCs in that league are going to stop watching/fearing Knight's Bama Sugar Bowl performance real soon and figure out that all they need to do is keep him in the pocket and it's all cake from there. It's coming.

What makes it awesome is how everything you stated can still turn out to be true. I love it

That reminds me. Remember when OU's football team didn't suck seal dick for a few weeks last year?

Remember when A&M beat a couple semi-competent teams and began beating their chest in September? Oh yeah, that's pretty much every single year.

Honestly hope you guys can avoid another October collapse. Someone besides Bama needs to step up this year

Turns out the ND team sucks.

Texas does have a good offense, though.

Prove y'all can carry it past September and then A&M fan can start the chest beating. Sumlin is still in an awkward position.

The very reason why I chuckled at the summer preseason threads.
No one knows what will happen, but so many nimrods on here are convinced otherwise.
And the same thing will happen again next summer.

No.
Though I do recall the media hoping that was the case.
