How would your workplace be if coworkers kept fighting?

No different for a coaching staff.

I'd say that it is, at the very least, somewhat important. Otherwise, a team can end up with rather embarrassing, and nationally televised, moments like this one:

IMO I think it was part of UK's woes on offense last season with Dawson. Especially give the shade he's thrown since he was fired and the better atmosphere/chemistry between coaches the local media has noted since Eddie Gran and Darrin Hinshaw has come on board.

The two best coaches in the world are notoriously hard to work for....so I think it means nothing unless your head coach is weak.

In my opinion it matters a lot. It's a team sport and everyone has to communicate clearly for the same goal. How can you be on the same page if you can't stand to talk to your co-workers. Same thing in business.
