I'm sure Auburn will bounce back. However, what's the talent level on defense going to be like next year?

Talent is there on defense, but most will be sophs and juniors. They could be good with a good off season of teaching.

I'm excited about the D changes.
I would have preferred to keep Malzahn, but the right hire can get me excited.

Why is the perception out there that an SEC team can not have a above average O? I think LSU is one QB away from having an above average O with a brutal defense. If this happens watch out!!

I agree with you. USC of '03/'04 was great on both sides. For some reason, this rarely happens. If I had to choose which side of the ball to be great at, it would be defense.
