Congratulations on playing LSU close after we played:
#10 Florida
#3 South Carolina
#18 Texas A&M
#1 Alabama
#21 Miss State

We had a down game against a runt school and stil won.

Seems to be a line of logic used by LSU to defend their close victories and others' close losses.

Fascinating.

A&M is a very winnable game. Y'all needed a fluke pick 6 and late game heroics by a Heisman trophy winner to beat us last year.

So us beating A&M is not out of the realm of possibility.

Is TAMU turning the ball over 7 times out of the realm of possibility?

Because you needed 6 before you could boast about your moral victory.

It wasn't the pick 6 that was a fluke, it was the 6 turnovers that was the fluke. Don't expect that this next go 'round. If you can't win with that many turnovers, you can't win. Of course, as they say, anything can happen. OM win possible, sure. Probable, no.

Does nothing to change the fact games ending with onside kicks aren't classified as blowouts. Nor may the victor of such contests claim they "beat the piss of" the loser.

Ole Miss's defense made plays and capitalized on the situations.

It could easily happen again with our whole defense returning.

Defense wasn't the blame in that game.

The game ending the same way is just as likely as that very unlikely scenario.

If it's windy 19 points appears to be the ceiling. You guys should be able to hold Ole Miss to 18 or so in that case.

There's no "blame" to be had.

You failed to win a game in which the opponent committed 6 turnovers.

That's simply a freak result following a freak chain of events.

Rly?

Why would LSU even care about A&M beating Alabama? I could give two shakes and a drizzle
