The fact that you went through this mental exercise should be commended.

He got it from me on the Rant, which I initially posted on 10/13, and re-posted this AM.

think this particular team understands the situation and has embraced the spoiler role for this year. which is fine by me bc it looks like they're feeding off of it and using it as motivation here on out.

ole miss will shite the bed and win?

Meaning.. If we need Ole Miss to beat MSU in the Egg Bowl to complete this improbably outcome, Wallace will do something retarded like throw a pic in the EZ with 2 seconds left when they only need a FG to tie/win.

This is probably more realistic than what we needed to happen in 2007.

It's a long shot, but all of those things are very possible.

THIS,

Seriously, if this scenario happened you have to admit that LSU is the luckiest program in history.

Two time 2 loss national champs.

Imagine the collective butthurt around the nation. Would be glorious.

ETA: And UGA would have 2 losses again and be left out.

Imagine if this happens and the Big10 winner has 2 losses and ND loses to USC?

The Top 4 would be..

FSU (probably undefeated)
Oregon (if 12-1)
TCU or Baylor
..and.. wait for it.
..the SEC winner: Georgia or LSU in this scenario.

It would be the ultimate thread bump for whoever came up with it first if it really happened.

I'd bump my original thread on the Rant and link it here, but an admin anchored it for no reason.

Not to be rude or get into a who thought of shite first competition but this was not something I stole. I also created a thread on tRant at almost the same time you did with less response. But I did bring it here knowing that this shite, if it happens, will be the biggest Jimmie rustle this board could take.

It's plausible that you, not I, do not know what plausible means.

why does Auburn need to lose to UGA? If they don't, would that not be a 5-way tie at 6-2?

Auburn cannot be tied with us or it'd mess up the tiebreaker. They must lose and finish with 3 losses and 5th in west. Which would also be hilarious.

I thought that anything more than a 2-way tie then it goes to the final rankings?

Regardless, in a 5 way tie, Auburn would be 2-2 (loss to State and Bama), LSU would be 2-2 (loss to State and Auburn), Alabama would be 2-2 (loss to Ole Miss and LSU), State would be 2-2 (Loss to Alabama and Ole Miss), and Ole Miss would be 2-2 (loss to LSU and Auburn) against each other. I don't see how LSU would lose out in that scenario by default.
