I didn't post after the '11 regular season LSU/UA game for a time because I didn't want to be a whiny count like you were about your CWS loss.

Is it really that difficult not to be 'a whiny count'? I congratulated the UA fans I've come to know on ESPN in the 3rd quarter when JJ trotted on for the 2nd series. Of course there the many chest thumpers who were in hibernation since November but the real fans responded in kind and it was all good.
I suppose the question is: There's no rising above this? Maybe not.

"for a time..." You mean "until the day after Alabama won the NC..." I may be a whiny count, but at least I'm not a bitchass coward who runs away when the going gets tough and then magically reappear when my team gets back on top.

There's a lot of that. Seemed like older fans stuck it out though, maybe it's generational, I don't know.

Anyone who doesn't care about this game is either lying or not a cfb fan. Biggest game in the regular season.
Behind the Cocktail Party of course.

Every fanbase has fans like that, old and young. Bammers especially though, because they view themselves "above" everyone else. So when they can't talk shite, they'd rather just pretend they don't care.

You can "keep it real" until it goes wrong, Jon. IDGAF.
I understand that you have a vested intrest, and do a practice report and shite.
Good luck, my friend. Maybe Jeff can move the UA game until later in the season so the Hogs won't shellshocked. Well, if he hears something about it..

Unless JJ starts Bama is in trouble.

The 1/9 game was the first LSU game that I didn't watch or listen to in several years. My Internet was down so I got drunk and checked the score i'n the morning.
After i checked the score, I said oh well and haven't read or seen anything about it since.
I'm guessing LSU lost the game more then Bama won it. Am I right?

It's more important to me to see if 1)Zach pans out, 2)Studs makes 'those calls', and 3)if CLM gives him the green light to do so.

Nah, Coach Saban took a chance and came out throwing a bit with AJ, which worked out. JJ got shut down and since Lee displayed that 'deer in the headlights' look in the 11/5 game, that was pretty much all she wrote. Plus the UA kicking game was improved. The D played well but just too many 3 and outs.

Thanks. I'm not such a dick in real life, I promise. I can tell you're a good guy, I just love to give Bammers shite when I can b/c those chances are few and far between for a razorback fan...

I'm not living in Fayetteville anymore. Sorry to burst your bubble on that; I know you were one of my biggest fans.

I don't think the game being early in the season has much to do with it. More of a coaching thing and talent differential thing. I actually love opening the season with Bama. If only Arkansas could have given yall a better game more than once out of the last 5 years.
