Fine, here's the answer to your shitty OP: in an order. Thanks how you rank something.

College Football and College Basketball are Semi-Pro national championships involving Athlete-Students.

The highest level of "amateur" sport in America is College Baseball.

So College Baseball is number 1 when ranking Student-Athlete national Championships.

That's an interesting and reasonable assessment. One could argue that it's the very nature of football and basketball being more important to the populace that has led to them becoming "semi-pro", and that if college baseball were as popular and important to the fans/alumni, then it too would become semi-pro...but the fact that MLB has minor leagues may play into that.

I can't figure out whether the correct response is "you're welcome" or "Go F Yourself".

Maybe you should take some time away from your highly successful life critiquing threads and learn to be a bit more articulate.

Maybe you should ask how "would" instead of how "do" you rank "the prestige of" etc..... I'll hang up and listen, Paaawwwlllll.

Because whether any of us realize it, we all DO have an order in our minds of how important these sports rank against each other. Therefore, it is not a hypothetical question.

Rather weak attempt at a nitpick. You should stick to the stereotypes, where you are most comfortable "Pawwwlll".

As for track, I can't imagine why anyone considers it higher than soccer or any other individual competition like tennis or wrestling. And the fact that the same participant can win so many different events has to make it suspect in prestige. It would be like giving a basketball team a championship for winning the tournament, then another won for points, assists, rebounds, and blocked shots.

Well, the SEC doesn't even have men's soccer and women's soccer has only been around since the mid 90s, so it shouldn't be that hard to imagine... Track has been around since the 1920s or something in the NCAA and there are team championships as well as individual titles.
