He would be 3rd in LSU stable or rbs

There were other in-states backs in that class, we took them, seems like it turned out well for us and him. Coach Miles didn't want to wait on him and his grades, which I would've done in the same situation.
Not like he was a Landon Collins or anything.

I think he's the best overall RB in the country this year...
He's not even the best RB on his own team....

it's another of those great mysteries of college football. Much like how Bama gets in championship games with once loss while other one loss teams which a much tougher schedule are shunned. We're amazed at how Bama can make a kid that can't make the grades suddenly have the grades. And how you get away with giving a LA. recruit's girlfriend a full scholly and a job in Sabans office. You would think those sort of things might warrant some looking into by the NCAA of SEC. But then we forget that Slive's a Bama fan and ALL is forgiven. I bet I get at least ten crimson A's butthurts for this. Countin down!
No, trust me, we're not the butthurt ones here.

I cannot hold it against him for not going to LSU. We did not have his desired major
What would that be...Finger Painting?

He'll be pretty good in the pros should he stay healthy.

Bama fans are butthurt that LSU fans are not butthurt about 1 player out of LA. We have plenty of talent at RB.

Lacy was a New Orleans Katrina kid type replacement. He had zero fealty to the metro-BR area because he spent very little time there.
What time he did spend there he concocted a failed scheme to get back to the other thug POS in New Orleans who were back in NO, str8 thuggin' and lovin' down deyuhr. The crux of which was to fail out of Dutchtown. Which he miraculously somehow stayed eligible for football while trying to accomplish.
See, Moms made him to the line, and his Grams still in NOLa would've let him "wile out". So he tried to fail and failed at that. See he realized he could get a ride to school and had to get eligible.
Thankfully for him, JC Curtis has two goals in running the private school in River Ridge his grandfather founded: Winning state titles with recruited players against low-level classification teams, which he's really good at.
That, and running a puppy farm of an eligibility factory with off-season credit-building and GPA bolstering classes.
Did I mention Curtis is a HUGE Saban fan, even now? LOL.
But don't let LSU Fans twist it. We did offer. We sent Crowton into DHS & offered him straight up. But in true NO/ThugPOS fashion, he blessed the Mediocre Mormon out the door and told him to take his offer with him.
Oh well...we'll take the kids we have at tailback along work a two-time All American at Safety who was his teammate and team captain in HS: Eric Reid.
I'm not touching the off the field stuff because most Bama Fans will cry but hurt. But rest assured he was close to winning the Cecil D Diesel Jr Memorial Award. He's lucky he was/is a good football player.

Of course you are. If you followed recruiting at all, you would have know the LSU situation with Lacy. Lots of Alabama fans don't know shite about recruiting, It appears.
Many LSU fans were upset at the LSU lack of interest.

I feel like he is not very good. Benefits from Bama's great OLine(and Barrett's holding). Yeldon on the other hand is a stud and will be a 1st rounder
