Really don't care either way even if LSU had tried to recruit him. Wish him the best in the NFL.

I like the guy. I just wish he had a full healthy season with Bama. He'll be pretty good in the pros should he stay healthy.

Had grade issues from what I heard so we passed on him.

To the guy who said Lacy won't last in the NFL I'm willing to bet he'll be a very solid back. Since he's gotten healthy he's looked great, and had he been healthy early I think he would have somewhere close to 1400 yards and 18-20 TDs.

it's another of those great mysteries of college football. Much like how Bama gets in championship games with once loss while other one loss teams which a much tougher schedule are shunned. We're amazed at how Bama can make a kid that can't make the grades suddenly have the grades. And how you get away with giving a LA. recruit's girlfriend a full scholly and a job in Sabans office. You would think those sort of things might warrant some looking into by the NCAA of SEC. But then we forget that Slive's a Bama fan and ALL is forgiven.

I bet I get at least ten crimson A's butthurts for this. Countin down!

A Dutchtown kid goes the dark side, Waits his turn and finally gets his chance. Now it looks like he'll get drafted in the second round.

Do you like him as a player, and will cheer for him in the NFL, or he's a Benedict Arnold that you'll root against?

Honestly, I think he is going to be a stud NFL back barring injury. I think he's the best overall RB in the country this year...

That's why I assume he's gone. There's a weak crop in the draft, he was just the seccg MVP, and he won't improve his stock much with a green Oline.

I know LSU has legit backs, but I didn't hear he didn't have a committable offer, I just remember he was highly ranked coming out of hs. I just didn't know if y'all planned on rooting for him in the pros.

I didn't hear about him until last season. Didnt even know he was from louisiana. But I've never been impressed. T. J. Yeldon Is a much better prospect in my opinion.

I wish he would stay at Bama another year to take away caries from Yeldon.
Lacy is solid and good but Yeldon is way better.

He's cool. We didn't want any of those academic issues, so no hard feelings about him going to Alabama.

I look forward to watching him wreck shite Brandon Jacobs style in the pros

He was in same class as Ford, Ware and Blue but didn't qualify academically so wasn't really a target. He took summer classes and qualified for UA.

Chavis said he thought TJ may prove to be the best back ever at UA. Lacy? He's a good back but I don't think he would separate himself if he came here with Ford, Ware, Blue...and now Hilliard and Hill.
