Excuse me sir, but we won the championship according to the New York Times that year. If there is one thing I have learned at TD it's that you count all your championships.

The 1984 Gators finished No. 3 in the AP poll, but were recognized as the national champions by The Sporting News, The New York Times, Billingsley, DeVold, Dunkel, FACT, Matthews, and Jeff Sagarin rankings

Unfortunatly, it's still just 3. We have WON 4 but only HAVE 3
