He handed out Bowl rings just like everyone else nowadays, which is very lame but whatever.

Holy shite. I just looked up the box score for this game. 420 rushing yards, 320 passing yards, 41 first downs, and it was a 5-point game in the 4th quarter.

That loss was extremely embarrassing, after the Gators had kicked UTs asses in the first half to the point that some die hard Vols we leaving the stadium at halftime and then to fall apart and lose to an inferior team in the manner that they did, embarrassing! As long as it only happens every 12 years or so, I am still OK with it. But this thread wasn't about UF, right?

LSU has had games canceled due to weather and plays a tougher schedule than Tennessee.
This is more accurate:
Last 3 years
LSU 14-10 in the SEC
Tenn 12-12 in the SEC
LSU 2 games ahead, and playing in a MUCH tougher division.
All that said, I pull for Tennessee to be elite again as a counterweight to Bama.

Butch is meh, but cluster injuries is the #1 reason.
UT was basically the walking dead on defense towards the end of the season.
