I think the recruits get to chose which school he wants to attend that extends a offer.
Actually Arkansas has no part in this decision as does any school.
The kid made a choice to go to a school that has a better program just as all the good football players want to go to BAMA.
In the end it has no bearing on where they get drafted and how much money they make.

Yeah i'm not sure why they expect a guy who left for a conference team we compete against to be welcomed with open arms. He chose to cut ties with his affiliation to the state.
