Cooper is one of, if not the best in the business.
Some drop off eventually, while not guaranteed, should not come as a shock. Who knows the new guy may be better.

The players have spoken highly of Corey Raymond, and noted his teaching style and emphasis is different from Cooper. Performance and recruiting won't be known for a bit so it seems to me to be a wait and see.
