Like we did 6? (not as a braggart statement, but seriously, you didn't deep down think we'd get 6 either.)

I will say they almost beat Bama last yr with a Purdue transfer at QB and a tight ends coach running the offense. And that was supposedly the best Bama team ever. I wouldn't say LSU is tooo far off lol

The games in Death Valley have been nail biters. The last 2 games in BDS have been a different story. Bama beat LSU by 21 in 2013 and 14 in 2015, and the latter was not as close as the score indicated.

I don't think Etling 2017 = Etling 2016, but we'll see a little more clearly after this Saturday.

If things go south there's a chance it could be Brennan in the Bama game, which could be really interesting.

When one of these Swamptards utters that ever so droll bon mot, "All LSU, all the time" this is one of those threads I will refer to him. I'm not sure there's been a half dozen threads on the Bama board with LSU in the title the entire time I've been a member. There's a half dozen on the Tiger Rant with Bama/Saban referenced in any given week.

Yes I agree, this has to do with Les Miles not adapting from his Old traditional run up the middle stlyle offense. The difference was Saban adapted to a spread. Which miles was stubborn to do. You can't tell me that Alabama is way more talented than LSU! That is just false information

Ok, I admit saban is my daddy, but his arse up and left us. He don't send no checks or nothing.

To claim you almost beat an opponent your team should at minimum score, shouldn't they? I mean put a couple of points on the scoreboard to show you tried.

It's been 7 years since LSU has scored more than 17 against Bama.

Not with that OL. If Brennan is in there he is liable to die. I thought AJ was skinny. I'm telling you now with the 2 OL I have seen from LSU and Bama they may play to a zero zero tie into second OT. Cause neither one of us can kick a FG either.

Last year was the perfect storm for LSU to beat Bama.

A great defense to shut down a average Bama offense.

Two great RB including one that was a all world RB and great WR.

In death valley at night.

No Les Miles.

Bama even turned the ball over on their first position and gave LSU great field position.

Yet, LSU couldn't score a single point.

If LSU couldn't beat them last year, they don't have much chance this year. You have to get a QB to beat Bama.
