GTFO. It takes longer than 6 months to develop players. Player development is the least of his worries.

That's not what he does. He gets talent to check their egos at the door and play together for a year or two. More often than not he is extremely successful with it. He has failed with this group though.

An Elite 8, a Final Four, and a National Championship in three years and he sucks.
No one, except for huge homers, expected this years team to be great. Next year will possibly be another banner year though.

I don't like the guy, but he was able to bring Memphis back from irrelevance. It was an immediate turnaround, and they were consistently good under him. The guy can coach.
