The IPF is coming along, on pace to be done for Fall practice.

Construction just began on the expansion of the Office of Student Life (houses academic tutoring, nutrition, computer labs, etc.)

That's different though. That isn't on campus. A&M plays at Tradition which is 10x the course as we have on campus and it isn't even the best club in College Station.

Are these supposed to be impressive? They both look like a bad waiting area at a small business.

It's a classroom and a snack bar, a small part of a 90,000 square foot student athlete academic center. Not sure what those things look like in comparable facilities, if they exist at all.

South Carolina's IPF moving along, and will be ready for fall camp. On the right of it are the new outdoor practice fields that were completed prior to spring camp. Below shows the IPF and outdoor practice fields in relation to the renovated Farmer's Market parking area across the street from Williams-Brice:

Latest pics of the work being done to the plaza areas around Williams-Brice, replacing the old asphalt parking lot area where season-ticket holders used to park right up against the stadium:

Looks nice

We have something similar - they're 'refueling zones.' We're also building this Nutrition Facility for Student Athletes once session ends.

Are there any renderings of the completed project? A friend of mine that I work with (Bama alum) said you guys got a lot of the ideas for the stadium from Carolina Stadium so in end the ballparks will be very similar..

Not really good photos, because Al.com decided to take shitty arse pictures at like 6:00 in the morning, but its better than nothing. I'll go by the stadium soon and take some pics and upload them though

I'm pretty amped up about all of the work going on around the stadium. The plaza is going to look amazing with the statues and water fountains and our IPF really is going to be a massive gem. Tanner has us going in the right direction, facilities wise. The next football coach after Spurrier is going to have all of the tools...

An article from The State newspaper a few days ago said SC will soon start work on adding about 20 suites at Williams Brice and building a football operations building w/ a locker room, weight room, offices, classrooms, recruiting room, the works next to the new IPF. That's going to be amazing.

That area is going to look so different in a few years, especially once Columbia gets started on the project to add sidewalks, landscaping, and lighting fixtures around the fairgrounds and down Bluff Rd.

Just a crazy amount of money being thrown around these days. By everyone.

Lights going in at Kyle.

I believe they're still on scheduled even with all that damn rain.
