Not football, but here's a gallery from last week on the new baseball stadium.

I'm sure ill be ridiculed, but when I see the endzone facade of Kyle Field, I can't help but think of Bryant Denny Stadium's endzone façade.

ETA: And I'll say they don't look all that similar, but I think its just the upper deck similarities, to the large brick and glass façade.

I don't know about you, but that is a pretty kick arse looking library.

Nah, that's fair It's no real secret that TAMU's NEZ is basically an amalgamation of The Swamp and BDS.

No arguments from LSU fans about the West Side. We've been bitching about that atrocity for a decade. As for the East Side, there's just not much they can really do over there. It's so close to buildings and that little road you see is the only visiting team access to the stadium. A pressure washer wouldn't kill them though.

I always wondered if it was really as cramped as that picture makes it look or if that was just an unfriendly camera angle.

Agreed. You could build the best looking stadium in the country for a team that has never finished better than third in its division.

It's beyond the point of just being cramped. When visiting teams with a real fan following show up it's absolutely miserable getting through there. On top of the normal crowd you have team/band/admin buses and police escorts all lined up waiting to get out of that little path you see.

It's very cramped. Tiger Stadium essentially doesnt have an east side. There is no real spot on campus where you could view it outside of the very top of it. It butts right up to buildings and only has a little access road that isnt open to public (not on gamedays at least, you can park back there for classes).

If you try to walk from one endzone to the next and use the east side as your route you are always taking a gamble you will get caught up in a mass of people and cant move.
