Getting access to phone records & such is the big difference between a NCCA investigation and a civil suit Discovery request. IF the NCAA's could do this, and there is a flip side to it as well, a lot of this shite would resolve itself a lot faster.

He'll get paid like one to do nothing for years longer. Not sure he cares at this point. Not sure how that's relevant at this point regardless either, actually probably hurts Ole Miss' case more, if anything
