Bessemer is 35 minutes up I20/59 and there are several places off of the Academy Drive exit. Would be surprised if you could find a room though. Some people will diss Bessemer, but that end near the interstate is not bad.

Bessemer is exactly what i was thinking. The biggest games in the past there has always been rooms in bessemer and the drive is a piece of cake.

it's only 50 minutes from T-town

For some of us that is. It's right off 459. I left there and arrived at McFarland in less than 1 hour. Only had to drive 78 to do it

Best thing I did was booked for this game way back in early August anticipating a big game.
Got 2 nights at the Marriott Courtyard in T-Town. Looking forward to my first trip to T-Town.

The Yellow Hammer Inn (formerly the Warner Lodge) is out on NorthRiver Yacht Club in Tuscaloosa. Have no idea if there are any rooms available but it is a nice place that is relatively unknown within minutes to campus.

Here is the website:

Not as unknown during LSU week. Been booked for at least a month.

I figured it probably was but it was worth a try if you were still looking for something in T-town.
