The accumulated filth of all their blasphemy and Vol bashing will foam up about their waists and all the Rebals, Gaytors, Corndogs and Gumps will look up and shout "Save us!"...

Not gonna disagree at this point. We will see this year. If he fails, the next coach will have talent to work with.
I'll say this: if Butch doesn't get it done, I'll always be thankful that he got the VOLS' alert level back to respectability and that he worked his arse off.

I can't remember who I was talking to, but I had the exact same sentiments. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and mine is that Butch isn't a capable enough coach to lead a storied program like Tennessee back to prominence. He's recruiting his arse off, but in MY opinion he can't coach it. But Vol fans should definitely appreciate all of the effort he has put in.
