Sorry guys, unlike basketball and football, sec baseball isn't relevant enough to move. Not enough people give a frick about it.

Someone doesn't know shite about SEC sports.

I've noticed that the only fanbase that is outspoken about their apathy toward baseball is Alabama.

If they were actually decent, this would change.

Not bad short stops on a vacation headed elsewhere.

lol, golf, certainly cant play everywhere else

Orange Beach

Sorry, much better beaches than in Alabama.

I just dont see the appeal in vacationing to the state one bit. If you want to go have a DUB-T vacay, have at it there. Cities suck, not much to do, better "similar" places just about anywhere else. Dont feel bad though, at least you're better than Mississippi.

The game is on espn2 at 3:30, that tells me all i need to know about it's "popularity" or lack thereof.

Doesn't LSU play in Athens every other year? Y'all should be used to playing in dumps in that case.

WTF??

Schools with decent programs that field competitive teams disagree with you. Typical sour grapes.

At least you have women's softball going for you.

A given. Since the SEC is basically a football conference, everything else is secondary

So now being nationally televised means that something is not popular?

I think Autozone's capacity is around 14,000 and would be fricking perfect.

Would be as close or closer for Mizzou, aTm, Ark, Vandy, OM, State, LSU, and UT. Yea I know it would be a further trip for a few teams like USC and UF but no further than Hoover currently for some of the more western teams.

AutoZone is not closer than Hoover for Tennessee or Vandy. Not that we have to worry about it, but it's much further for Tennessee.

I say play it at LSU with LSU umpiring crews. This is getting embarrassing for the rest of us to watch. Holy shite the bitching.

What does it not have that you need?

Besides, it will see some improvement when the SEC buys it and makes it the tournament's permanent home.

To Alabama fans, any sport they are not doing well at is automatically 'not a real sport'

America's pastime disagrees with pouty bama fans during baseball season
