Everybody knows that everyone is doing it. I'm against scapegoating teams for something that is obviously common in the sport today. Disband the NCAA.

Also Tennessee you're sloppy. Do better.

I believe this is essentially the end of the NCAA as an enforcement body. They back down, everybody will push back. They don't back down, the courts kill them. They should just accept that they have no say in where athletes play and whether they are paid. The highest court in the land already laid it out for them.

None of what’s been reported is tied to Tennessee.

Pay for play stuff would be like the Florida commit that was let out of his NLoI when the collective couldn’t pay him. This isn’t that.

Timing is right for someone to give them the finger & I’m kinda pleased they did it.

Whatever is next for CFB is definitely going to be better than what it would have become under the NCAA. Maybe never quite what it was at its peak, but a whole lot better than this shtshow.

Every move the NCAA makes is just them gasping for air.

Well, if so, I’m glad they selected Tennessee.

No fricking shite. We said this back when they investigated us under Freeze but y’all all said we were full of shite and deserved to be hammered. Because apparently nobody else was doing what we were doing

My question is how UT and UF are under investigation but A&M isn’t considering that first class they had after NIL. Maybe they feel bad that A&Ms done nothing but fire their head coach at the cost of 75M as a result and that’s punishment enough.

Yeah I get the hate and trolling, but in the long term, you want UT to come out on top with this. If UT backed down then they’d be coming for your team too.

Donde Plowman’s letter tells me The University of Tennessee, along with state lawmakers, is prepared to fight the NCAA to the death in court. The result of that legal battle will likely result in the NCAA being executed in the public courtyard. Possible first nail coffin.

Difference is Aggies are intelligent and know how to work within a system and leverage advantages. Much like the IRS and taxes.

As much as I hate to say it, same is true of UT-Austin. Took them a year longer but once they figured it out, their collective is excellent.

You guys can all hate us Texas boys. We have more money, more smarts, and better looking ladies, too.

Probably.

But I will enjoy when they get around to finding out if Jimbo really did do things "the right way" in Aggyland.

I like how everyone bitches about NIL ruining college football but when the NCAA calls out possible rule breaking, everyone wants to shite on the NCAA for enforcing the very few rules around all this shite.

It’s only a matter of time before Ole Miss pays for Tennessee’s mistakes.

No it everyone is doing it … most sec teams are becoming blatant cheaters which is making some try and do it …. Which is why schools are complaining . So now the ncaa is going after the blatant cheating schools .

Oh don’t worry I am sure Texas is creeping up the list….paying OL to come to school there plus this recent truck load of nil transfers .
