That was a catch and he was targeted AF.

He clearly bobbled the ball, obvious no catch. No idea why the announcers ignored it.

I really don't know how you don't let that stand and also call it targeting. It's close but I don't see anything indisputable.

It touched but the ball came completely out of his grasp well after the foot left the ground. This why they ruled he did not complete the process.

Yea before he basically completely lost the balls before catching it again.

It may have been targeting but it was nowhere near a catch
