Outstanding pitching. If you guys can hold it together you should make a deep run in Omaha.

I'm looking forward to ending the year with Arkansas. If nothing else, it should be a good barometer of where we stand

Got to have more consistency on offense.

Good game Tigers...strikeout 19 times and still score 4 runs.

Tomorrow night should be another great game.

Pitching was very good. Ump tonight had a very generous zone to add to already good pitching. Can’t blame them, they kept throwing where the ump was calling strikes, albeit a good 6-8 inches off the plate and low, pretty unhittable but for some reason LSU decided not to throw to that spot. Good game 1. Hoping our bats can finally produce a hit that scores more than one run and somebody besides White, Trav, or Jones can start producing at the plate. At the moment there’s zero threat from 6 out of 9 of our hitters.

If we could get a little bit better at our timely hitting I'd agree with you.

We're not very good at the little things right now and that may cost us in big spots. Baserunning is terrible.

Still lots of time to sort it out, though. Can't really complain when you're in the position we're in with the problems we're still trying to work out.
