Yes. It's possible they lose. It's not a likely outcome given the matchup. I expect Arky to win going away.

Some "expert" wrote that Wofford had solid ball handlers and would not be bothered by our press and have good 3 point shooters.
That creates the one scenario where I could see Wofford giving us trouble, easily breaking our full court press and getting quick open 3's that breaking our press always allows.
If our press gives them trouble or if they consistently break our press only to set up their patient time consuming offense and not take quick open shots which is what they are use to doing, then we should win.
