Remember when Toby Gerhart had 200 more yards and 11 more touchdowns than Ingram? At that point the only meaningful statistic according to the bammers was yards per carry. Oddly enough that's the only statistic he was ahead of gerhart. Crazy how their ideas of what makes a Heisman winner changes. That trophy is a joke at this point anyways

Henry has a better ypc than McCaffery, so there's that.

Also since we're using total TDs as a thing now, Gerhart had 8 more TDs than Ingram.

you say the argument that helps you win the current argument

as far as carries go

McCaffrey is on pace to have more career carries (as is Fournette) and Ezekial Elliot already has more career carries than Derrick

did not see that coming

So beating LF7 in ypc vs. Ranked teams, FBS winning teams, and .1 lower with 50 more yards per game than LF7 vs. conference teams means he wouldn't start for LSU?

and in SEC play LF7 rushed for 5.77 ypc > Henry 5.67. in all rushing attempts LF7 6.42 ypc > Henry 5.86 ypc. Against FBS opponents LF7 6.42 ypc > Henry 5.81 ypc. Against Power-5 competition LF7 6.20 ypc > 5.92 ypc.

Would Henry start over LF7? No.
Would he start over Jeremy Hill? No.
Would he start over Michael Ford/Spencer Ware? Yes.

So like I said.. you have to go back 5 seasons to find an LSU team he would start on.

You just nailed LSU's problem. The fans and the coaching staff are too retarded to see better talent, hence five straight losses.

Every time you think you know football, win, losses and reality get in the way.

Idk what to tell you if you think Henry (5.86 ypc) is a better talent than LF7 (6.42 ypc) or Jeremy Hill (6.9 ypc)

But sadly for you, does nothing to make Aggy less than a mediocre football program and or even close to competitive with either LSU or Alabama.

Are you daily upset and adversely obsessed with LSU just because LSU owns your Aggy football program or is there other humiliation you've suffered to create your deeply seeded and pathological insecurity regarding all things LSU?

That's how they work. By A-Day someone else on their team will be the greatest RB ever.

How about this?

Does Nick Chubb win the Heisman if he stays healthy? ;)

He had 8.1 YPC before he got hurt, I'm sure it would have been less if he stayed healthy through SEC play but I can't imagine it would have much more than about 1.5 to maybe 2 yards less. That'd be comparable with Fournette.

Honestly, maybe. If Chubb was healthy I don't see them losing to Tennessee, and the UF-UGA game would have been a lot more interesting.

It's very possible if he continued his pace he may be winning the Heisman over both Henry and LF7.

However, this thread was about McCaffery.
