It really was awesome as an impressionable young lad. They had arcade style games set up as well. We went through rolls of quarters at this pop a shot basketball game all week. My sister decided last minute she didn't want to go so a good friend of mine went with us instead. He was a huge Auburn fan. We saw Wimp Sanderson at one of the game and this was after he was the coach at Alabama. My friend went to ask him for an autograph while wearing his AU gear. They struck up a conversation about how funny it was an Auburn fan asking a former Bama coach for an autograph. He told my friend he was an Auburn fan now after what went down it UA.
The basketball tournament was much better when it rotated around to different sites.
