Not always a sure fire indicator. But I have heard Ole Miss leads early.

Tobias

toobiased IMO would be a perfect fit at Bama

I'm not a MS guy, but I am familiar with him, and Nick Brassle is better .

He's good friends with 2 guys we signed this year and they're working on getting him to come to Ole Miss. He also went to the Cotton Bowl this year. Supposed to be an Ole Miss lean as of now

I believe he was at Alabama's Junior Day, and talked about coming back for A-Day. Other than that, I have no idea where he stands with Alabama. I would imagine he'll end up at Ole Miss.

like every prospect in the Southeast, he's probably very high on Bama.

He's said that Ole Miss is his favorite, He tripped to the cotton bowl game last year.

Ole Miss lean as of now. Probably goes to some big name school like Bama though. We have the eighth best MLB in the nation committed right now in CJ Johnson. Complete stud.

Im not sure how solid of a commit Johnson is for us. LSU and Tennessee have both officially offered and are hot and heavy after him

All I know is that Mississippi is going to have an unreal WR class next year.

Singleton and Brassell are obviously the two high profile guys, but Pinkston and Moncrief, whose two schools Forest and Raleigh aren't but 45-60 min away from one another, are extremely good players whose stock I see rising substantially after some camps and combines.

Don't know his name just yet, but I know that Philadelphia, MS has a legit D1 WR prospect for 2011 as well.

On Johnson's side his hometown of Philadelphia is a little less than an hour from Starkville, plus his former teammate and best friend Josh Boyd plays for Mississippi State, and the fact that he recieved lots of PT as a true Freshman was the main reason that Johnson committed to State. He feels he has a good chance to play early and posibally start as a Freshman.

Those are things that LSU and Tennessee wont be able to offer him.

I hope we can hold on to him, but his recruitment is definately one I am going to keep a close eye on.

Well it's definitely going to be a race until the finish, BUT he has said since he committed that it is about 70-75% solid, but recently stated that he is now 100% so I am pretty confident. We also have two West Monroe players coming to our junior day this weekend that are both studs, WR/RB Tyler Cain and QB/ATH Paul Turner.

ETA: I can't get the links to work right now because I am trying to do it on my HTC hero and it is posting the mobile sites so hold on.

I'm sure some of you Louisiana residents have heard about the duo or even have watched them. Thoughts?

Singleton will be at Ole Miss. Bennett and Martin are in his ear about going because they are here. Also his brother is at Ole Miss. I graduated from Madison Central with him. So that should help. Tobias is most likely the fastest player in the state right now too
