On the eve of the eve of the upcoming Game of the Century, I wanted to let you MSU folks know that I've enjoyed your antics leading up to this one and I've also enjoyed your rise (to #3 that's awesome, guys!) this season.
As a fan of a traditional powerhouse masquerading as an underdog, I somewhat know what it's like to see everything come together and witness the doubters eat shite. So while I don't anticipate the magic will continue for you on Saturday, should it happen, I'll be first in line to commend your accomplishment. Barring something crazy happening, one of us will be #1 following this weekend, and while I will certainly be disappointed if it is not us, your Rudy-like story of beating the odds will ease some of the bitterness.
Win or lose, you're certainly the pride of Mississippi this year. Best of luck to you.
