So what you're saying is that once you're accused, there's no way to win. If you're convicted, you probably did it. If you aren't convicted, you probably did it but there's a cover-up and a rape culture.

OK, now for the facts.
To my knowledge, no UT athlete has been convicted of rape.
There are currently 2 UT athletes accused of rape, with trials pending. The allegations do not make them guilty. They deserve the presumption of innocence until proven guilty just like you, me, and everyone else.

But isn't that the problem? Not one conviction, yet the alleged rapes continue. Evidently some guys are getting the message up there that they can continue that kind of thing within that culture with impunity or so one might think that.
