Your bitch arse coach needs to learn how to win with a normal offense. If he can't, he needs to go back to wherever the frick he came from.
This thread is pure gold

Hell you can have the 2.5 seconds I just want the refs to have enough time to make sure there isn't an extra man on the field repeatedly.

Alabama's offense on average this year is only 2.5 seconds slower per play than Auburns.
ETA: repeatedly

Repeatedly? There was one play and if a HC, defensive players and a DC don't notice then they shouldn't be coaching/playing college football

As much as I'm enjoying the extreme Bama bashing going on up in hyah, this is not an unreasonable request.

What would Gus have to bitch about if that happened?

I know it sucks that Auburn had 12 men on the field for that one play, but it actually is an unreasonable request. 1 mistake doesn't mean there needs to be a 10 second rule

If it's too quick though that's what timeouts are for
IDGAF about the speed of the offense - adjust or lose the damn game.
Now, the officiating is putrid at all levels in all games. This has nothing to do with the speed of a offense.

Define repeatedly-
Wasn't there a game when Colorado got 5 downs and won the game. What rule was changed to prevent that from happening repeatedly?

I know Bama fans are too stupid to believe in evolution but things change, you adapt, survival of the fittest. Deal with it

The forward pass ruined the game! Ruined it!! Players can get injured trying to catch the ball. It stops the clock with incompletions thus making the game longer and injuries much more likely. Wide receivers and DB's need to run fast, and we all know speed kills. Refs need to look down field instead of the line of scrimmage. Ohhh how the game of football was so much better in 1905!

Whatever MSU did to Auburn...just do that. Pretty simple.
End of analysis.

Good lord, get through this week... This melt isn't due for... at the very least, a week prior to Nov 29th.

set of new rules requiring the use of the one-platoon system, primarily due to financial reasons. The system allowed only one player to be substituted between plays, which effectively put an end to the use of separate specialized units. Tennessee head coach "General" Robert Neyland praised the change as the end of "chickenshit football".
Pretty sure the "financial reasons" no longer exist.

Yeah...or that. Seems easy enough.
