Why do you sissies want to see the game become basketball on turf?

It is time for the ref's to take control back.

We are not watching football anymore, were watching a pussy on the sideline jumping up and down crying about the refs not spoting the ball fadt enough.

A Joke.

You did read where Herbstreit said it not Saban? Or are you just experiencing the Auburn disease known as Nick Saban penis envy?

I'm not as concerned with being able to sub as I am with the refs being able to keep up. They are not prepared for the speed of the game, which allows some advantage to the offense. Linemen downfield is a big one. Didn't they add an official this year?

This is such a bull crap statement...last year it was unsafe for the players...this year the refs are used to the fast pace. What will the next reason be?

. If AU and the like are going to continue to push the envelope
Average time per offensive snap.

AU - 24.6 seconds
Alabama - 27.1 seconds

2.5 second difference is pushing the envelope

Considering that any game OM plays in the refs are 2 down because Freeze is disputing every damn down with them on the sideline while play is going on. If he want such a drama queen maybe the refs could do their jobs.
Hugh is high maintenance to any officiating crew, that's for sure.

the defense should be allowed to sub and DC's adjust like football was intended.

Wha...?

In 1954, the NCAA emplaced a set of new rules requiring the use of the one-platoon system, primarily due to financial reasons. The system allowed only one player to be substituted between plays, which effectively put an end to the use of separate specialized units. Tennessee head coach "General" Robert Neyland praised the change as the end of "chickenshit football".

Football was intended to be a one-platoon game.

It's actually funny watching Gus on the sideline when he gets in hurry up mode. They do need to do something to slow the pace a little. Auburn knows they will never have the talent of a Bama year in year out and that's the equalizer. I don't have a problem with them going fast and no huddle but at some points in the game you have to let the ball get set and defense get ready.
If it's too quick though that's what timeouts are for

Jesus Christ you are such a fricking pussy

How has auburn been able to rotate their defensive players against uptempo teams but Bama isn't able to?

We have our players ready to rotate on the sideline. We have players in shape

Stop playing fatfricks and adjust your old school defensive philosophy and shut the frick up

I realize it's the only way Auburn can compete these days but the rest of us just want a fair game. You can't have 12 men out there and not get called for it. The refs have to be able to keep up.

Your bitch arse coach and bitch arse fanbase (which includes you, bitch arse) need to learn how to coach against said offense and stop crying about it through media outlets. Trying to change a rule because you have trouble coaching against it... Laughable. fricking grow a pair.

Let's wholesale change some recruiting rules too while we're at it.
