I hear you. I live in New Orleans. I actually got married in the 7th Ward. I like the area.
What I meant by "rough," is that kids from that part of town are forced to make difficult choices growing up. Even if your street is nice and your family is stable, you're surrounded by the street culture. Peer pressure is rife, and the temptation to run the streets is all around you.
The article I linked about St. Augs has some good discussion about it. That school does a good job of keeping kids straight.

LINK if you're talking about TM7. if your talking about TR3 no link needed. but i dont think TM7 was a top 15 pick headed into this year

It's not MY draft board. It's just one of them out there. If you want to spend some time searching his draft stock go nuts. I haven't done it in a few months but all the ones I've seen had him projected as the #1 CB.
