Yes Saban's players have succeeded in the NFL
Yes their players are ridiculously overhyped every year by the media

Bama players, for the most part, personify their coach - the system makes them great on the collegiate level, but doesn't translate exceptionally well on the professional level. But, hey, it fills the trophy cases with crystal balls, no point knocking it...unfortunately.

Saban gets his players to peak in college.
It's his job to win and he does a good job at that. But he does a bad job at preparing his players for their NFL futures.
