Yeah. Once Fournette agent talk that the REC has planted hits the media I do think it will move.
You're kidding right? Never know with you guys... especially when yall know that LSU is the better team.

Yet to be determined. It seems that most seasons Bama and LSU have had a common opponent by now with which to gauge the teams' respective performances, but not this year.
We will find out who is better on 11/7.

You are correct... The line prolly won't move but maybe a point

I don't think anyone knows this. We'll find out soon.
Vegas sets the line at a point that they think will get 1/2 of the bets for one team to cover and 1/2 of the bets for the other team to cover. If Vegas line makers felt themselves or felt that the majority of gamblers believed LSU was the better team, then they would have had LSU favored so that they could make money on both sides of the line.

I expect Bama to cover easily

6.5 for Alabama doesn't bode well for LSU. Vegas knows Bama will shut Fournette down.
They also know 'Bama hasn't covered in the majority of their games this season. Nice troll, though.

I never bet, but I put down enough on LSU where I can console myself with a new iPhone if we lose. Plus bourbon.

Or maybe Vegas is more concerned about getting people to bet both sides. Bama opened at -8.5 or so vs. Ole Miss. Bama was -5.5 before the 2011 9-6 game with LSU.
So the game Alabama had 5 turnovers and the game they missed 4 field goals. That's an air-tight theory you have, counselor.

You can ask Him that yourself when you meet Him.
BTW, it's a Captain America line from The Avengers.

Looks like they are trying to see how confident LSU fans are in their team. And if they were worried that Alabama can't cover wouldn't the line be 2 or 3?

In looking at common opponents, its quite clear that the LSU v. Alabama game will be pretty close.
