well seeing that we read the board i think we have a better idea of the tone of the board than someone who doesn't.

you're not proving anything by find a few fans that go against the grain.

I think you have no clue which way the grain is leaning...majority of LSU fans think we lose this week dumbass

People didn't just make all the hype LSU fans are giving Harris.

Yes we are hyping him but once again the hype is more about him gaining experience on the job this year and we are extremely excited about going forward with so many young skill players over the next few years.

I never seen so many excuses than I did last year from Rabern after LSU beat Auburns arse.

It was hilarious.

LSU deficiencies I've seen at limited viewing other than QB:

Inexperienced offensive skill players
LBs meh
DL solid but not dominant
Safeties meh

Good QB play has never been a prerequisite for LSU being successful in the recent past. Strong D, a power Big-10-esque run game, and NFL WRs was enough to win due to immense talent. Obviously you need someone with a pulse @ QB to keep the defenses honest.

Harris clearly deserves a shot but there are other holes in the roster.

Actually they were from just one thread.

I'm not making anything up

"Your fans are acting like it's a given you win..." implies all fans.
quote:

you're not proving anything by find [sic] a few fans...

I proved you wrong by providing at least one counter example.

You could have just said, "Some of LSU's fans are acting like it's a given you win because..." But you didn't, you went all hyperbolic.

Just exposes your nervousness is all. Carry on...

we know

we also think spreading the field will fix the oline woes.

LB's that haven't started will improve the LB play

Don't see where safeties have been an issue

Dline is still our biggest concern

Obviously I agree with the inexperience, but I would add that they are very talented.

Spot on.

DL solid but not dominant

I wouldn't even say solid TBH. Mediocre at best.

Safeties meh

Safety. Singular. Mills and Adams have played well. Martin is just too slow IMO.

LSU just happened to pass through a seriously intense grind last week that's rarely seen. But it was real and by the time it began wind down, the clock ran out. So, I don't know if LSU will win this week but I think they will give Auburn all they can handle.

I think pretty much the whole SEC is delusional this year. No one is safe.

You haven't listened to many LSU fans then. I named 3, 2 busted runs and a fumbled punt. Lsu fans claim more bad ref calls every game they lose. Also excuses are the same as reasons. The rest of the year proved who the better team was, like I said. Including Auburn beating all 3 teams that beat LSU. Watch how many excuses are made by LSU if Auburn wins. I bet it will be more than 3.

You'll beat us this year, but not again for a while. Enjoy it. Harris gives us a puncher's chance at least.
