Let's be real, Jennings forced miles hand by playing like dogshit in the first quarter last week... if he doesn't turn the ball over three times to one of the worst teams in the FBS, he's still the starter.
Let's not act like Les is going out on some limb with a gutsy move... It's painfully obvious Jennings is terrible.

This is so far from the truth.
I don't think anyone thinks it's 'given' that we win. I think we have a fair shot, but that's it.
Alot of that comes from the new QB, yes, but also the possible addition of Beckwith into the MLB position more often. He played a lot there this past weekend and played much better.

It was painfully obvious that Jarrett Lee was terrible in 2008 yet Les kept trotting him out there.
You don't understand because you haven't had to live through it. Les is stubborn as frick, I was fully expecting Jennings to be the starter Saturday even after that shite show vs NMSU

Who exactly has Auburn played this year? That's right no one. The only half way decent team you played you struggled to win by 6.

The fact that les is so stubborn says more about just how terrible Jennings is than it says about Harris, IMO.
With that said, LSU is better off for it... Harris is far and away your best shot moving forward.... it's just sad it took last Saturdays ineptitude to make it happen.

Most LSU fans understand QB problem isn't our only problem.
There's not much LSU can do to fix it's D-line/O-line problems from a personnel standpoint but we can hope the units continue to grow together and get better. Strong QB play can make up for many other deficiencies on the field. The QB play can be CHANGED. We can go from a game manager to someone who at least has potential. Not saying Brandon Harris is going to come in and light up the SEC in his first start on the road, but he gives us more of a chance on offense than Anthony Jennings can at this point in time.
